Marcus A. Conerly - Manager and Vice President
Marcus is the Vice President/Manager of Wauchula Abstract. Marcus has grown up in the abstract and title business, and is a graduate of Florida Southern College and, in April 2019, will graduate from the University of Florida with his Master's in Business Administration. He has experience in management, customer service and all phases of marketing.
Marcus is also a licensed title insurance agent and can provide complete title services which includes real estate closings. He is the son of Dorothy Conerly and Wayne Conerly, the owners of DeSoto Abstract and Wauchula Abstract.

Michele McCandless - Lead Searcher
Michele began woking with Wauchula Abstract in August of 1985. She is a Licensed Title Agent whose focus is on the searching and examination aspect of the Title business. She is also a licensed title agent and has handled many closings. She is the mother of two sons, Sean and Christian.

Tina Hines - Title Policies/Escrow Reconciliation
Tina has been with us since December 1997 after 10 years of experience in an attorney's office. She is our resident mobile home and title commitment expert. She is a Wauchula native where she still resides with her husband, Terry, and their daughter, Tara.

Dorothy A. Conerly - Owner and President
Dorothy A. Conerly has been in the title business for over 44 years. She has experience as a searcher, examiner, closer and escrow agent. She has handled all types of closings throughout this time. She is President/Owner of the company. She is also a licensed title insurance agent, certified legal searcher and certified legal closer.
